Why it works for this

Readable in the feed

One line at a time, sized to the frame, with the word being said picked out in colour. It reads at thumbnail size and doesn't crowd the picture.

Your delivery, tightened

Which caption style works best for Reels?

Punch is preset — it's the bold, word-highlighted look that's standard on Reels. If your brand is quieter, Clean keeps the same word timing with white text and a thin outline.

My video is landscape. Can it become a Reel?

Yes. The 9:16 option crops to the middle of the frame and delivers a vertical file. It's on the Creator plan; if you're on the free tier the video is delivered in its original shape.

How long can the Reel be?

Free accounts can process videos up to 60 seconds. Creator takes up to three minutes and Pro up to ten, which covers the 90-second Reel limit with room to cut.
